Applications
Features
- The three-piece design, which includes a single ferrule, eliminates potential assembly errors that can occur when using a double-ferrule pipe connector.
- The risk of incorrect assembly is minimal, as the ferrule visibly adheres to the pipe, allowing the installer to visually inspect the quality of the joint.
Installation
- Cut, deburr, and clean the tubing.
- Pre-position the ferrule on the tubing.
- Inspect the ferrule's bite on the tubing by disassembling the fitting and visually inspecting the deburred end of the tubing for uniformity of the barrel bite.
- Tighten the nut by hand, then tighten with a wrench 1/3 to 1/2 turn.

- Temperature rating is limited by the material chosen
- Pressure ratings are determined by the size (OD) and wall thickness (inches/mm) of the tubing on which they are to be installed
